At the weekend, I spoke at a meeting at the Miriam Centre in Birkenhead with Dr. Abhi Mantgani, to protect access to our walk-in centres, including the one at VCH in Wallasey. It was great to see MP’s, local councillors, NHS staff, and users of the walk-in centres united in the fight to keep access to our vital walk-in centres open.

There was also a petition with 32,000 signatures opposing the closure of Wirral’s walk-in centres that was handed in yesterday.
