Although Theresa May said Brexit negotiations are in their ‘endgame’, there has yet to be a breakthrough in the negotiations, and the calamity of No Deal inches closer.

Following on from Labour forcing the Government to publish their Brexit impact papers last year, today we are demanding that the Government releases to Parliament all the legal advice they have received about the proposed deal.

The Tories chaotic and divisive approach is pushing the UK toward either a bad deal that would harm jobs, rights and living standards or, worse still, no deal. This is why it is vital that this advice should be made available in full, to all MPs and before Parliament is asked to vote on the terms of our departure from the EU, so that MPs can make a fully informed decision that is the national interest.
